McCain is out of touch - He doesn't get what we need

I watched the first debate between Obama and McCain (link to full debate below) and It was clear to me that Mr. McCain doesn't understand what is lacking in the United States and it's world position.

He is also confused with strategy and tactics as he accuses Mr. Obama of being.

In my opinion, Mr. McCain's stratigies are a lot like the same old tactics of the last eight (8) years which have left the USA close to a laughing stock around the world.

We need leadership especially leaders with charm and style to change the direction of all aspects of the American society.

We need a President that comands respect and instills pride in the American people to work hard like they did during World War II and other tough times in our history.

Americans are smart, clever people but even these best of individuals struggle when the morale and the "team spirit" is missing.

We don't need a grouchly old white haired dude showing the world that he is out of touch with how the people outside of the USA sees America.

America needs to stop thinking like a bunch of "do gooders" and start thinking like a leader that can cause others to take effective action to make the world a better place.

People in foreign countries have their own cultures some of which have roots hundreds if not thousands of years in the past. These people, don't want to be Americans, don't want to live like Americans and don't want to act like Americans. Sure they might like to have some of the freedoms and opportunities that Americans have enjoyed.

But come on McCain - Palin & company, STOP trying to force American ways on foreigners and stop thinking all foreigners want to RUSH to the United States to adopt the American way of life - they really don't want to do that!
