Why do people believe Obamas Ideas are Socialism

This is in response to a comment posted on a CBS NEWS site today. 

The comments was:

Democrats, Liberals, and the mainstream media continue to do all in their power to squash and silence dissent, and push for a Socialist, one-party system to take over America, led by the populist dictator, Barack Obama.

My response is:

Question to CBSisPravda1. Have you ever lived in Russia? Have you ever visited the ex soviet block?

Do you have a clue what socialism is really like?

Do you have a clue what leadership is all about?

There is a vast difference between leading a county in decline back to health vs Socialism!

If the others in the USA government were so great, how come they did''t stop this problem?

OK, maybe its been in the making for years with some Democrat help; but, the GREED welcomed by the last 8 years sure added fuel to the fire!

Open your minds Americans, the Master Reset Button to your world as you knew it has been pushed.

The new world that you will come to know will be vastly different.

Come out of your shell Americans and read history and see what the years after 1945 were like.

Its time to stop the GREED and get back to basics of holding people accountable for their actions.

I don''t believe that is the definition of socialism!

Whos running the circus in Washington ?

Remembering fondly my days in the third grade - especially at recess time, I chuckled when watching the news after the Monday vote to ney the bailout bill.

All the girls soon to be young ladies were gathered together all in their pretty yellow and pink dresses; while, the boys with their bags of marbles were into the sandy playing field to win.

Normally after a few minutes one of the "boys" would rant and rave and pick up his marbles in a cloth bag and stomp off the field.

But these days, women have earned their place in congress at least and the boys are once again running for cover this time when Nancy told them the truth for a change.

Come on "boys" don;t run and hide, face the music like a man... or at least take your marbles and go home!
